Don't blame others. In life as in business we ofter hear people blaming others. Blaming politicians has become a popular pass time, but when we succeed we want the credit.   I hear people say they failed in networking because - they weren't supported by their sponsor of their downline would not work. It's interesting that in my many years in the business, I and my collegues found that success or failure, depends solely on you. If your sponsor/upline is occupied there are others who will guide, but that's all a bonus. Get out there and build your business for you; for your family; to achieve your dreams. Continue to earn and refine your skills. There is an old saying that you can make excuses or you can make money, but you can't do both. So, which is it - excuses or money?

Develop listening skills.

 This will not only help you in business, but also in your every day life. Many people talk more than they listen, which doesn't make sense because we have two ears and one mouth. To become an active listener, you must first give the person speaking your full attention. Stop playing with your mobile, reading the paper,  or thinking about what you're going to do later. Look people in the eye and really focus on what they are talking about. If they say something you're not sure you understand, ask them to clarify. This shows that you really are listening. Make related comments along the way, but keep them brief. Laugh when they say something funny. Be involved in the conversation. Listen beyond the words to the emotions behind the words and you will uncover all kinds of things you can utilize to provide your business as a solution or to help your distributors achieve success.
